Codora has successfully delivered the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for “House Coms” system, a revolutionary platform redefining smart living. Developed using Flutter and powered by Firebase Realtime Database, the system enables real-time updates for monitoring and controlling IoT devices. Changes made by one user are instantly synchronized across app instances, paving the way for seamless future integration with IoT hardware.
With a focus on modularity and scalability, the platform integrates over 20 functionalities, spanning home automation, advanced security, energy efficiency, and healthcare monitoring. Its server-independent design ensures uninterrupted operation during internet outages, while local data storage prioritizes user privacy. This groundbreaking project establishes a new benchmark in home automation, empowering households to thrive in a connected and intelligent world.
