February 2026 Newsletter

NEWS
28th Feb, 2026
February was a month of steady execution and small moments that mattered. From product improvements across partner platforms to team celebrations in the office, the focus remained the same: build thoughtfully, improve continuously, and support the people using our systems every day.
Projects
ClaimShare Platform Becomes Operational

This month marked a significant milestone for ClaimShare, with Phase I now complete and the platform operational.

The initial phase focused on activating the platform, onboarding a defined group of participants, and establishing the foundational access and participation layer. With this groundwork in place, the project has now moved into Phase II.

Current efforts are centered on expanding functional capabilities and progressing toward the platform’s broader claims processing vision. This milestone marks the transition from early build to active platform deployment, setting the stage for the next phase of development.

Reimagining Everyday Platform Workflows With Wopla

February’s work with Wopla focused on resolving recurring pain points across vendor and administrative operations. Codora delivered new integrations with CRM and salary systems, removing the need for vendors to rely on multiple tools and significantly reducing manual coordination. Workflows that were previously fragmented now operate more seamlessly behind the scenes.

The team also optimized the print list experience and redesigned the Kitchen Switch process, a previously complex operational challenge. By mapping scenarios end to end and restructuring workflow logic, we converted friction-heavy tasks into clearer and more reliable processes.

These updates reflect a continued commitment to addressing operational bottlenecks and strengthening the platform where it matters most.

Responsible AI: What Businesses Need to Get Right

This month, we published our latest blog exploring responsible AI in practice.

As AI systems become more embedded in real-world platforms, questions around transparency, governance, and long-term trust are becoming central to product and platform decisions. The blog examines what responsible AI means beyond theory, and how businesses can approach AI adoption thoughtfully while maintaining reliability at scale.

Celebrating Milestones With the Codora Family

The office felt a little livelier this month as the team came together for an in-house celebration with games, refreshments, and cake cutting.

What began as a remote setup has steadily grown into a collaborative in-office environment built on shared ideas and consistent execution. It was a simple gathering, but a meaningful one. Moments like these highlight the people behind the platforms and the culture that continues to shape how we work.

As projects evolve and systems scale, it is this steady team dynamic that remains at the core of Codora’s progress.

Building Scalable SaaS Applications

Modern SaaS platforms are expected to scale rapidly, handle complex user environments, and remain reliable under continuous demand. But scalability is not an afterthought. It is an architectural decision.

In our upcoming blog, we explore what it takes to design and develop SaaS applications that support multi-tenant environments, high availability, and long-term growth. Drawing from real-world experience building and scaling digital platforms, we break down the technical and strategic foundations behind resilient SaaS systems.

Stay tuned.

As the year progresses, our priorities stay focused. Build with discipline, refine with intent, and deliver systems that stand the test of scale.
